Our Story
Heath and Carolyn hit it off right as a global pandemic hit our country. Both were born into entrepreneur families, and had a passion to start businesses of their own.
Heath grew up cleaning carpets for his father’s carpet cleaning business in Oklahoma, and is a third generation carpet cleaner. Heath also grew up playing guitar and touring with his dad, with dreams of being a musician in Austin, Texas.
Carolyn grew up in the Chicago suburbs to a software engineer/business owner. After a short career as a broadcaster, Carolyn has spent over 15 years selling software and marketing solutions to businesses all over the country. She moved to Austin in 2016 chasing the warm weather and a thriving music.
After a bit of luck, a chance meeting, and a global pandemic underway, the newly out-of-work musician/petty-cab driver and media rep/food truck operator decided it was time to pursue their dreams and Complete Floor Care LLC was formed. In a time when the world is doing everything possible to sanitize and keep germs at bay, Complete Floor Care is proud to offer superior cleaning services to the people of Central Texas.
